# Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using PR Pass, including our website, H5 web application, assessment tools, progress tracking features, AI-assisted document generation features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.

## 1. About PR Pass

PR Pass is a Singapore PR competitiveness assessment engine designed to help Singapore PR applicants better understand their reference competitiveness position, identify possible improvement actions, track post-submission milestones, and generate supporting application materials.

PR Pass is produced and operated by **DIGITADVISORY PTE LTD**.

The Service may include:

- Background assessment;
- Reference rating and competitiveness score;
- Dimension-level analysis and peer comparison;
- Score improvement suggestions;
- PR application progress tracking;
- Cover letter generation;
- Local resident testimonial letter generation from multiple perspectives;
- Related content, explanations, FAQs, and external resource links.

## 2. Reference-Only Nature of the Service

PR Pass is not an official immigration assessment system. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of ICA or any Singapore government agency.

All ratings, scores, peer comparisons, progress estimates, policy signals, milestones, reminders, suggestions, generated letters, and other outputs are provided for general reference only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes:

- A guarantee of PR approval;
- A representation of ICA’s official assessment criteria;
- Legal, immigration, tax, financial, or professional advice;
- A promise that any application will be approved, accelerated, reopened, or treated differently by ICA;
- A substitute for independent professional advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions regarding any PR application.

## 3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

The Service is intended for users who are considering, preparing, or tracking a Singapore PR application, including EP, SP, PEP, and other eligible pass holders.

By using the Service, you represent that:

- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You have the right to submit any information entered into the Service;
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- You will not misuse the Service or rely on it as a guaranteed immigration outcome tool.

## 4. Account and Login

Certain features, including report generation, may require Google login through Supabase Auth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account, login session, browser, and device. Any activity under your login session may be treated as your activity.

We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe that your account or use of the Service creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risks.

## 5. Assessment and Report Generation

PR Pass provides a structured background assessment flow. To generate a report, you may be required to provide information relating to identity profile, residence length, nationality, CMIO category, education, work industry, family structure, household income, application history, tax contribution, volunteering, and charitable donation information.

The report may include a reference rating, score, dimension-level analysis, peer comparison, improvement suggestions, and progress tracking entry points.

You acknowledge and agree that:

- The assessment is based on PR Pass’s internal rules, product logic, and AI-assisted text generation;
- The result is a reference competitiveness analysis only;
- The result is not ICA’s official scoring or decision;
- The result may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances;
- Generating a new assessment may overwrite the latest saved report context.

## 6. Score Improvement Suggestions

The Service may provide score improvement suggestions, including actions relating to cover letters, local resident testimonial letters, volunteering, charitable donations, and other background enhancement or material supplementation actions.

These suggestions are informational only. You are responsible for determining whether any suggested action is lawful, appropriate, genuine, affordable, and suitable for your circumstances.

You must not create fake contributions, false documents, misleading statements, or artificial evidence for any immigration application.

## 7. Progress Tracking

The progress tracking feature may allow you to enter a PR application submission date and view estimated milestone stages, elapsed days, reference pool explanations, and reminder messages.

Progress tracking is based on reference logic and general assumptions. It does not access ICA systems, does not confirm actual ICA processing status, and does not guarantee any timeline or outcome.

You should rely on official ICA channels and communications for actual application status.

## 8. AI-Generated Letters and Content

The Service may generate Chinese and English cover letters and local resident testimonial letters based on questionnaire answers, assessment context, and user-edited content.

Generated content is provided as a draft for your review and editing. You are solely responsible for:

- Reviewing and correcting all generated content;
- Ensuring that all statements are truthful, accurate, and not misleading;
- Obtaining consent from any recommender, colleague, supervisor, friend, business partner, or other person whose name, relationship, identity, or views may be included;
- Ensuring that generated letters are not submitted as false, unauthorized, or fabricated representations;
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, application rules, and ethical standards.

We do not guarantee that generated materials will improve your application, satisfy ICA expectations, or be accepted by any authority.

## 9. User Content

You retain responsibility for all information, answers, drafts, edits, uploaded or submitted content, and other materials you provide to the Service ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and use such User Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, securing, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

- Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- Does not infringe any third-party rights;
- Does not violate any law or regulation;
- Does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material;
- May be lawfully processed for the purposes of using the Service.

## 10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Submit false, fabricated, misleading, or unauthorized information;
- Generate or use letters that impersonate another person without consent;
- Misrepresent community contribution, employment, income, education, relationship, or immigration history;
- Attempt to access, scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service;
- Circumvent login, access control, rate limits, security, or usage restrictions;
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- Use automated systems to overload, extract from, or attack the Service;
- Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service content without permission;
- Use the Service in a way that could damage PR Pass, other users, third parties, or public trust.

## 11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google login, Supabase, AI infrastructure providers, giving.sg, charities.gov.sg, hosting providers, analytics services, and other external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, security, availability, or accuracy.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

## 12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, source code, scoring logic, workflows, design, text, graphics, interface, icons, branding, templates, generated system structures, and other materials, are owned by PR Pass or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial PR preparation purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

## 13. No Payment System Currently Offered

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PR Pass currently does not provide a paid credit system, Stripe payment, in-app purchase, or other payment mechanism.

If paid features are introduced in the future, additional payment terms may apply.

## 14. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available. We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, remove features, or adjust product logic as needed.

## 15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that:

- Any score, rating, or recommendation is accurate or complete;
- Any generated content is suitable for submission without review;
- Any progress estimate reflects actual ICA processing;
- Any improvement action will increase approval chances;
- The Service will meet your expectations or personal circumstances;
- Any errors or defects will be corrected.

## 16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PR Pass and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

- Reliance on any assessment, score, rating, suggestion, timeline, or generated content;
- Rejection, delay, withdrawal, or negative outcome of any PR application;
- Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information;
- Unauthorized access to or loss of data;
- Service interruption, downtime, bugs, or technical failures;
- Use of third-party websites or services;
- User-submitted false, incomplete, or misleading information.

## 17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PR Pass and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your use or misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or third-party right;
- Your User Content;
- Your submission or use of inaccurate, false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
- Your use of generated letters or materials in any application or communication.

## 18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that:

- You have violated these Terms;
- Your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk;
- You have submitted false, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content;
- We are required to do so by law or by a service provider;
- Continued access may harm PR Pass, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

## 19. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

## 20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Service with an updated date.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become available means that you accept the updated Terms.

## 21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
